From generation to generation, Skills, Work ethic, and Legacy is pasted down. We believe that it’s never too late start something new! GEN II GEN is 12 week program with the long-term goal of job placement after successful completion the training program.

Participants will complete a comprehensive 12-week training course consisting of a combination of instructional classroom time, live demo’s with one on one shadowing and join a work crew to get real worksite experience. Members are paid at $16/hr. during the program. This course covers construction basics, tool and machine safety, measuring, and finishing techniques. After 480 hours are put and each student has demonstrated knowledgable in all areas they will receive a certificate of completion, certifying them as a Skilled Finisher.

Program requires adults who can maintain a professional demeanor, motivated and reliable who takes pride in their work, ability to lift to 25-50 lbs., willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions, and observes job site safety rules, OSHA guidelines and company safety policies and procedures.

• Interest in Concrete Construction industry

• Must be 18 to 24 years old

• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation

• Read job instructions, have basic Math & Critical thinking skills

• Able to work independently and or with a crew

• High School Diploma or GED
