    Both experienced in Concrete Construction and a Business owner of Campbell Tools & Equipment LLC., Ricky Jr. learned the value of dedication and hard work at an early age working along side his father Ricky Sr. Owner of Your Way Cement LLC. He is passionate about helping others reach their fullest potential and teaching the trade.

    With a background in Concrete Construction and leadership, Ricky’s career expands over a decade. He’s worked his way up from an entry-level laborer to a Supervising Foreman and earned his chair in becoming Your Way Cement LLC’s second generation Owner.
