Starting in the classroom straight to the field. We are helping shift the narrative and create a new “label”. We are redefining the Working Class.

In our '“Working class Program” eligible students entering in their Junior and Senior year (11th & 12th) will start learning directly in the classroom. Rather a student is in need of internship hours or wanting to go to a career center, TOF can provide the training in these industries with an educational curriculum, hands on demos and weekly stipends.
