Starting in the classroom straight to the field. We are helping shift the narrative and create a new “label”. We are redefining the Working Class.
In our '“Working class Program” eligible students entering in their Junior and Senior year (11th & 12th) will start learning directly in the classroom. Rather a student is in need of internship hours or wanting to go to a career center, TOF can provide the training in these industries with an educational curriculum, hands on demos and weekly stipends.
Concrete I | Students start with Safety, Tools/machinery, and Measuring basics to learn concrete fundamentals before learning the Labor duties. Once they have the basics down, students learn to preform labor task and project prep/post procedures.
Concrete II | Students take a deep dive into Finishing techniques, laying down cement , and post procedures are completion of job.
Interest in a Trade industry
Must be a junior or senior on track for HS graduation
Must be able to read job instructions, have basic Math & Critical thinking skills
Able to work independently and or with a crew

COMMON CENT$ is a 5-week series focusing on Financial literacy and Entrepreneurship! Hosted after school from 3:30-6:30PM two days a week.
Total program cost us $250, with weekly payment options, sponsorships available, ACE dollars can be accepted.
